- Development of a management strategy for asbestos by identifying if asbestos is present, recording all ACM's, their position and condition, assess the risk, prepare and implement a management plan and periodically review it.
ACCESS

- Access audit to develop an access strategy in compliance with the Disabled Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA).

- Preparation of access report and recommendations and arrangements for “Access for All” in compliance with current codes of practice.
